RoBarry Publications was established in 2015 in Calgary, AB, Canada (Treaty 7 territory). Rohadi Nagassar initially founded the imprint to publish a collection of his titles, the first one being, Soul Coats – Restoration. An Adult Bible Coloring Book.
The publishing imprint focusses on non-fiction manuscripts in the faith genre.
In 2024, RoBarry Publications expanded to include literary agency services for aspiring writers looking for wider publication reach with larger imprints particularly in the USA specifically in the realm of Christian non-fiction. Rohadi has worked with the publishing industry in Canada and the United States since 2015. He has published works with both RoBarry Publications and traditional imprints.
If you are looking for literary representation, we are currently accepting manuscripts from BIPOC authors in the non-fiction genre, and any authors focussed on narratives coinciding with justice and faith for a modern world.

How much does representation cost?
Your book agent should not charge you any money. We are compensated when your book sells, and subsequent royalty payments. Typical fees range from 10-20% of the author’s total book royalties and advances.
How long does it take to receive a response from submitted manuscripts?
You can expect a reply within one month, usually sooner. We will also aim to provide you with some feedback. (April, 2024)
Do you help with vanity publishing projects?
Although we will only take on projects that fit our ethos, we do provide ‘vanity publishing’ services for authors who simply want to get their project out into the world.
What is the wait time for a reply for agency representation?
We aim to provide a reply within two weeks for authors looking for agent representation.
